In honor of Oct. I decided Halloween themed cupcakes were a good time to practice with the melting chocolate technique. I have to keep them in the fridge since its so warm everywhere, but they can last a little bit just in room temp before getting a little droopy, and they still taste delicious!!
This Halloween kitty was by far my favorite in the batch.
