My name is Julie Borg. I am a recent college graduate from PBAU in West Palm Beach, Fl and have just recently discovered a joy for cake and cupcake decorating. My college degrees are in television cinema and business administration, but for now I am focusing on this because it is what I enjoy doing. I just got hired by Target’s Bakery as a cake decorator and am very grateful considering the only experience I have is what I do at home for fun for my  friends and family.
